Kayla is a dedicated nurse practitioner with advanced training, licensure and experience that allows her to assess, diagnose and treat conditions may occur throughout the lifespan. She has over 10 years of healthcare experience in various clinical settings including vascular surgery, critical care, family medicine and infusion services. For the last year, she spent her time helping people with their overall wellness goals. She created comprehensive weight loss and testosterone therapy programs as well as provided joint, vitamin and trigger point injections for those who needed it.  This brought her invaluable patient experience that shaped her approach to healthcare. She is deeply committed to providing a holistic approach to care by incorporating evidence-based practice with complementary and alternative therapies to create tailored treatment plans. Her approach focuses on empowering her patients to take an active role in their care.

With a passion for enhancing  natural beauty and promoting self-confidence, Tatum is a dedicated  Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. With over 12  years of healthcare expertise, having previously specialized in  Emergency Medicine and Labor & Delivery, Tatum combines her  expertise with a refined aesthetic eye to deliver outcomes that are both  youthful and natural in nature. Her goal is to help clients both look  and feel their best.

Tatum believes in educating her clients and  empowering them to make informed decisions about their skincare and  aesthetic goals. With a focus on personalized care, and a thorough  understanding of facial anatomy, Tatum creates a subtle yet  transformative result tailored to each individuals unique features.  Through ongoing education and staying at the forefront of the latest  advancements in aesthetics, Tatum strives to offer her clients the  highest standard of care, putting safety first.

When Tatum is not  at work she loves to support all Seattle Sports teams by attending  Seahawks, Kraken, and Mariners games. In the winters you can likely  catch her on the ski slopes and by summer she is normally on the beach  at Whidbey Island crabbing or relaxing on the deck with a good book in  hand!  She loves all things food and is an avid traveler. Her favorite  countries having traveled being Thailand and Italy!

Her journey began in a spa setting, honing her craft and mastering various techniques for a diverse clientele. Her passion for skincare led her into the realm of Medical Aesthetics where she collaborated with an amazing doctor and mentor to deliver advanced skincare solutions. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and experience with skincare products, Jennifer founded Hello Darling Shea Butter.
